Shipping Information

I ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated and charged during checkout. Since all pillow covers are made-to-order and because this is a one-person business, please allow 5-7 business days for pillow covers and 2 business days for other home decor & accessories from the date of your order for dispatch. If there are any changes to the timeframes for dispatch, I will contact you within 1 business day of confirmation of your order to see if you wish to accept the extended dispatch time or cancel your order. Orders comprising pillow covers and any other item will ship when the pillow covers are ready. However, if you would like items to ship separately, please contact me. Please also allow extra time for transit depending on the shipping option you select during checkout.

 

For delivery outside the USA, the recipient may be responsible for paying VAT, import, or customs fees upon delivery. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee a date of delivery because of the possibility of carrier slowdown or delays in customs clearance. You will normally be able to track an international shipment, but please note that full tracking to the destination for First Class International Package Service is available only for select countries.

Return & Exchange Policy 

When I make and/or send your item, my primary goal is to make sure that you will be completely satisfied with your order. I will not send you an item whose quality I cannot stand by. I make every effort to ensure that the colors in the pictures accurately reflect the fabric colors, but sometimes colors shown here may render slightly differently on different screens. Please note that minor pattern variations and imperfections are part of the charm of ankara designs and are not considered defects.

Accessories & Cocktail Napkins

New, unused, unaltered items except from international orders can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs). If you are not satisfied with any accessory or cocktail napkin set that you purchase, please email me with your order number and a description of the problem or complete a return form within 14 days of the delivery date of the item and I will do my best to resolve the issue. To exchange any item, please place a new order first for the new item you would like, then return the original item. Unfortunately, I cannot refund original shipping fees. For US domestic returns only, I will send you a pre-paid return label by email. Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and deemed acceptable.

Pillow Covers

Because of my made-to-order model, i.e., I make your pillow cover only after you place the order, I do not accept returns or exchanges of decorative pillow covers. Please read product descriptions closely and make your selections carefully. If you have any questions or concerns about ordering or about any of the items, I'd be happy to help.

Order Cancellations

Change your mind? No worries. Please contact me within 2 business days of when you place your pillow cover order to cancel. After 2 business days, a pillow cover order cannot be cancelled. For an accessory order, please contact me within 24 hours of your order confirmation or before your order ships, whichever is earlier. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds for cancelled orders to be processed.
